Welcome to e2B System Manager Help!
This documentation will guide you on how to maximize the capabilities of
Digital Arts Sales Corporation's e2B System.
e2B is the latest offering from the world's foremost experts in integrating traditional
paper-based functions into cutting edge digital opportunities,
Digital Arts Sales Corporation (DASC).
e2B allows a Manager to easily design and control his printed page and form.
This design serves as a setup that accepts his computer output as an input
and simultaneously outputs - a formatted print file for his high speed printer (or service bureau),
a compressed, indexed file to CD or magneto optical disk for legal archiving,
and uploads to a web server and/or network server for on-line internet access as well as intranet access.
The System is designed for Managers to have access on different Document Files
shared within a particular Manager Group. This allow Managers to access their files through the Internet
and share data electronically. Sharing data files involves text messaging wherein Managers can forward different files to other Managers
and able to compare information. Since this is done electronically via the internet,
Managers can do away with lots and lots of paper works just to look for files.
In here, Managers can just login into the system and access different Document Files.
Managers can minimize paper storage since they can save files into their computers.
