  • Why do I have to log in to use e2B? This is primarily for security reasons. You don't want unauthorized persons to view your documents don't you?

  • Can I use accessories even though I haven't logged in e2B yet? Yes you can! These tools are free!

  • Why are search results not alphabetically arranged? To speed up your search work.

  • I'm having trouble in searching, what should do? Check your spelling. Your search key must be a word. Get more help here.

  • Can I change my password? It depends. If the administrator allows you to do so, then you can, if not, you can't. Get more details here.

  • Why are my messages still in the outbox folder? There's a 1 to 60 seconds delay in the sending of messages.

  • When I save a message as draft, where does it go? It goes and stays in your drafts folder until you send it.

  • What does the + and - signs on the left menu mean? It means that the folders bearing this signs have sub-folders within them. The + sign means that you can expand that folder to see its contents. The - signs means that the folder is already expanded, click the - sign to collapse it.
