System Maintenance
    - System Maintenance allows you to create Company Balances, Fixed and Variable Holiday Files, Operations Schedules with corresponding Time Schedules and Inquire Summary for different transactions made.


Topics contained here are the following:
    Company Balance:
    - Company Balance is used primarily in the transaction of different accounts in the system.

    • To create company balance file, click to expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Company Balance folder and then click New. This will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    Fixed Holiday:
    - Fixed Holidays are legal holidays celebrated annually. These holidays can be set to restrict users from accessing the system during legal holidays.


    • To create a fixed holiday file, click to expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Fixed Holiday folder and then click New. This will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    • To modify a fixed holiday file, follow what you did in creating a new fixed holiday file but this time click Modify. Select the desired holiday file you want to modify and click on it. This will bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    • As for the rest; View, Delete and Recover, click on the appropriate link for details.


    Variable Holiday
    - Variable Holidays are holidays that created according to users' discretion. These can be set for a certain period of time and date.

    • To create a variable holiday file, click to expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Variable Holiday folder and then click New. This will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    • To modify a variable holiday file, follow what you did in creating a new variable holiday file but this time click Modify. Select the desired holiday file you want to modify and click on it. This will bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    Operation Schedule
    - Operation Schedules are schedules created for users to access the system only on specific day(s) of the week.

    • To create an operation schedule file, click to expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Operation Schedule folder and then click New. This will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

        Note:
        • If the save was a success, you can immediately create a Time Schedule file for the recently created operation schedule by clicking the New Time Schedule button and you will be taken to a Time Schedule Information page. Fill up the form and save.

    • To modify an operation schedule file, follow what you did in creating a new operation schedule file but this time click Modify. Select the desired operation schedule file you want to modify and click on it. This will bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

        Note:
        • If the save was a success, you can also modify its Time Schedule file by clicking the Modify Time Schedule button and you will be taken to the list of Time Schedules. Select the time schedule to bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save.

    Time Schedule is the period of time for a particular day of the week a user can access the system.

    • To create a time schedule file, click to expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Operation Schedule folder. Expand the Time Schedule folder and then click New. Select an operation schedule where you want to incorporate the time schedule file. This will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

    • To modify a time schedule file, follow what you did in creating a new time schedule file but this time click Modify. Select the desired operation schedule where the time schedule is located. This will bring out the list of time schedules contained in that particular operation schedule. Click on the desired time schedule to modify to bring out its information page. Edit the contents and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

        Note:
        • The Modify Time Schedule only appears when there more than one (1) available time schedules on the current operation schedule being modified.

    Inquire Summary
    - Inquire Summary lists all summary reports for the following:

    • Account
      - To inquire an account summary, expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Inquire Summary folder and then click on Account. Select the desired Subsidiary Account and then select the Company Balance. This will bring out the Account Summary Option page.

    • Transaction
      - To inquire a transaction summary, expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Inquire Summary folder and then click on Transaction. Select the desired Company Balance to view all the transactions made within that particular company balance.

    • Storage
      - To inquire a storage summary, expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Inquire Summary folder and then click on Storage. Select the desired Storage Balance and then select the Storage Codes by clicking the Radio. When done, click the Inquire button view the storage summary.

    • Trial Balance
      - To inquire a trial balance summary, expand the System Maintenance folder, expand the Inquire Summary folder and then click on Trial Balance. Select the desired Company Balance to view the trial balance summary for that particular company balance. Click the Inquire button to list the storage summary.
