e2B System Manager Help Setting Preferences

  • To set the Preference, expand My Profile folder, expand Preference folder and select the desired Statement of Account by clicking it. A sample of available statements is shown below.



  • The manager can set the Preference on how the mode of delivery of the statement of accounts of clients will be. The mode of delivery may be through Postal, Fax, E-Mail or Multi-Media Service. A notification message for the Statement of Accounts can be send through Mobile Devices or Telephones with S.M.S. capability. To be able to set the Preference, information on Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail and Mobile Device must be available. If these are not available, the preference default setting is through Postal. So if you want documents be sent through these media, you need to create information on Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers, E-Mail Addresses and Mobile Devices.

  • Once these media are created, click on the Statement of Account and this will bring out the document's information page.

  • To set the preferences, click the desired Checkbox where you want documents to be sent.

  • The size of the Statement of Account Image to be sent through E-mail can be set. To do so, click the dropdown list and select the desired size.

      Note: The default setting is Normal. Make sure that the E-mail checkbox is checked to be able to set this option.


  • The size of the Statement of Account to be sent through Mobile Device with M.M.S. capability can also be set. To do so, click the dropdown list and select the desired size.

      Note: The default setting is Normal. Make sure that the Multi-Media Service checkbox is checked to be able to set this option.


  • When satisfied, click Save button to update the new preference settings.

  • Clicking the Reset button will remove the recently entered data and bring back the data entries from the last saved.

  • Clicking the Cancel button will abort the operation retaining the previous data from the last saved and return to the welcome screen or main menu.
