Welcome to e2B System Client Help!
This documentation will guide you on how to maximize the capabilities
of
Digital Arts Sales Corporation's
e2B System.
e2B is the latest offering from the world's foremost experts in
integrating traditional paper-based functions into cutting edge digital
opportunities,
Digital Arts Sales Corporation (DASC).
e2B allows a Client to easily design and control his printed
page and form. This design serves as a setup that accepts his computer
output as an input and simultaneously outputs - a formatted print file
for his high speed printer (or service bureau), a compressed, indexed
file to CD or magneto optical disk for legal archiving, and uploads to
a web server and/or network server for on-line internet access as well
as intranet access.
The System is designed for Clients to have access on their Statement
of Accounts. This allows Clients to access their files through the
Internet and share data electronically. Sharing data files involves
text messaging wherein Clients can forward their Statement of Accounts
to Customer Service for complaints, updates, inquiries and help.
Since this is done electronically via the internet, Clients can do
away with lots and lots of paper works just to look for files.
In here, Clients can just login into the system and access different
Document Files as long as they have permission to do so.
Clients can minimize paper storage since they can save files into
their computers.
