  • You may be asking why are these circle choices called radio buttons. Don't ask me for I'm not sure too! Well, enough of that.
    The Record Status field has two (2) radio buttons. One is "Active" and the other is "Inactive." By default, the Active radio button will initially be chosen.


  • So what does choosing active do? as the word active means "in motion" (or something like that...) choosing active will let that certain document be viewable in the "View" option available on the left menu panel. On contrary, choosing "Inactive" will do the reverse. As for the word inactive means something like "motionless," or "not doing anything," you will not see it in the "View" option that is available on the left menu panel.

  • Oh, now I know, so how do I set it? Simple! Just click the option you like! A black dot will appear inside the circle of your choice. That's all to it!
