  • Why do I have to log in to use e2B? This is primarily for security reasons. You don't want unauthorized persons to view your documents don't you?

  • Why are search results not alphabetically arranged? To speed up your search work.

  • I'm having trouble in searching, what should I do? Check your spelling. Your search key must be a word. Get more help here.

  • Can I change my password? It depends. If the Administrator allows you to do so, then you can, if not, you can't. Get more details here.

  • Why are my messages still in the outbox folder? There's a 1 to 60 seconds delay in the sending of messages.

  • When I save as draft a message, where does it go? It goes and stays in your drafts folder until you send it.
