- Highlighted texts signify that they contain a note. Double-click the text you want to view and
this will bring out the e-doc Note! Browser containing the note.
Use the Next and Back arrows to navigate through the notes.

Note:
- The and
icon
will only appear when there are more than two (2) notes created.
- Customer Service Notes can be viewed as long as they are made for public viewing.
You cannot view Private Notes of Customer Service Personnel found on your document page.

Clicking
icon allows you to make notes as a reply to the notes made by the Customer Service
Personnel. This will bring out the e-doc Note! Browser with the
icon
found on the upper right hand corner of the browser. See sample below.
Clicking the Origin icon will bring out the note of the Customer
Service Personnel. To close the origin note, click the Exit icon or
the
icon found on the top most right corner of the origin note browser. You can also press
the Alt and F4 keys on your keyboard simultaneously
to close the window.
- To add notes to the existing note, click the Add icon and follow the same steps
in making notes. After saving the notes made, the note
browser will be refreshed and all the available notes created will be shown.
Use the Back and Next to navigate through the notes.
