- To view Statement of Account Important Reminders, click on
SOA Important Reminders found on the left panel menu as shown below.
- After clicking the above mentioned, this will bring out a new window containing the SOA
Important Reminders. This is just like reading the reverse side of the conventional
Statement of Account you regularly receive. A sample is shown below.

- You can maximize the window by clicking the maximize icon
on the top most right corner of the window for better viewing.
Use the scroll bar to view the rest of the page or use the
Up and Down arrow keys on your keyboard
in scrolling. This page is the initial or normal view and can be printed out.
Note: Only on this normal view that the Print
icon will be available. Click this icon to print the page.
- Click the Zoom In icon for better magnification of the page.
You can zoom in 2x only. Once you have reached the maximum magnification,
only the Reset, Zoom Out and Exit
icons are available.
- Click the Zoom Out icon to reduce the magnification of the page.
- Click the Reset icon to bring back the normal view and printable page.
- Clicking the Exit icon will close the SOA Important Reminders' window.
You can also do one of the following to close the window as well:
- Click the 
icon on the top most right corner of the window.
- Press the Alt and F4 keys simultaneously on your
keyboard.
