    - This feature contains personal information about the user. A Manager can place his or her personal data by creating information regarding Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-mail Address, Mobile Device Number, Address Book, Message Folders, User Status, set Preferences and even store important Images in the system.

  • Preference - This feature allows the manager to set the mode of delivery of his or her Statement of Accounts. Click here for details in setting Preferences.

  • Telephone Number - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover Telephone Number files. Click here for details on creating Telephone Number files.

  • Fax Number - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover Fax Number files. Click here for details on creating Fax Number files.

  • E-mail Address - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover E-mail Address files. Click here for details on creating E-mail Address files.

  • Address Book - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover Address Book files. Address Book contains specific Users which are then used in Text Messaging. With this feature, the manager won't have to search the entire database for a specific recipient of his or her text message. Just click the Book button found on the New Text Message window and all active Address Book files will be available here. Click here for details on creating Address book files.

  • Message Folder - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover Message Folder files. Message Folders are like extensions of the Inbox in e-doc Text! Messenger wherein messages from the Inbox can be move to these created Message Folders. This helps in sorting messages. Click here for details on creating Message Folder files.

  • User Status - This feature allows the manager to create, modify, view, delete or recover User Status files. User Status is used in e-doc Text! Messenger which allows the Manager to reply to a received message automatically even without his or her presence. Click here for details on creating User Status files.

      Note: The label for Images will depend on the Administrator.
