  • To set different "Clients/Guests'" Preferences, expand the "Client/Guest" Maintenance folder, expand the desired "Client/Guest" Group folder, expand the Miscellaneous folder and click on Preference.



  • After clicking Preference, this will bring out all available "Clients/Guests". If there are more than ten (10) available "Clients/Guests", an extended search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the search engine. Select the desired "Client/Guest".

  • After selecting the desired "Client/Guest", select the desired Document Group.

  • After selecting the Document Group, this will bring out the "Client/Guest's" Statement of Account Preference information page. A sample of Client's Statement of Account Preference is shown below.



  • Setting "Client/Guest's" Preference allows you to send documents through Postal, Fax or E-Mail. You can relay notification through Mobile Devices or Telephones. To be able to send documents and notifications through Fax Machines, E-Mail Addresses, Mobile Devices or Telephones, these information should be available. If these are not available, the preference default setting is through Postal. So if you want documents be sent through these media, you need to create information on Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers, E-Mail Addresses and Mobile Devices for different "Clients/Guests". Click the appropriate links for details.

  • To set the preferences, click the desired Checkbox where you want documents to be sent.

  • You can also set the size of the Image to be sent through E-Mail by clicking the dropdown selection.

      Note: The default setting is Normal. Make sure that the E-mail checkbox is checked to be able to set this option.


  • The size of the Image to be sent through Mobile Device with M.M.S. capability can also be set. To do so, click the dropdown list and select the desired size.

      Note: The default setting is Normal. Make sure that the Multi-Media Service checkbox is checked to be able to set this option.


  • When satisfied, click Save button to update the new preference settings.
