- To modify existing Fax Number file, expand the "User" Maintenance folder,
expand the desired "User" Group folder,
expand the Fax Number folder and click Modify.
- Select the desired "User" from the available selections where the Fax Number file is located.
If there are more than ten (10) available "Users", an extended search engine will appear.

Note:
- If you do not want to use the extended search engine,
close the extended search engine and use the Next and
Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections.
To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
- Once the desired "User" has been selected, all existing Fax Number files under that
selected "User" will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections,
a search engine will appear.

To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- Once you have selected the desired Fax Machine Name file to modify, this will bring
out the file's information page. The form consists of the following fields;
Fax Machine Name, Fax Number, Dedicated Fax Machine, Availability in Days
and in Time, Preferred Fax Number,
Record Status,
Date Valid From,
Date Valid Until, and
Remarks.
- On the information page, modify the desired fields.

- Clicking the Back button will take you back to the previous page
visited.
- Click the Search button to bring out the extended search engine and search for
a specific Fax Number file to modify under the same "User".
- Click "User" button to return to the "Users" selection screen.
- Click the Search "User" button to bring out the extended search engine and
perform a specific search of available "User".
- Clicking the Reset button will remove the recently entered data and
bring back the original data entries of the file from the last saved.
- Once you are sure about your entries, simply move your cursor over the Save
button and press your left mouse button to update the modified Fax Number file.
A confirmation will appear either the action taken
was a success
or an error has occurred.
- Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the
welcome page or main menu.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note:
- The Search button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available
Fax Number files under the same "User".
- The Search "User" button only appears when there are more than ten (10)
available selections of "Users".
- The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
