The main purpose of this field is simply to have space where you can type some remarks about a certain document!
You can type in anything you want here, BUT it is limited to 255 characters including spaces.
If you exceed this value, the software will automatically clear extra characters starting
from character 256.
*** A character means a letter, a symbol, a space, a number etc...
