New Requirement

I.T. Receives the Request
Once the request has been received, the department concerned is now ready to create the detail parameters within e2B. This process is almost instant because it only takes a few minutes to complete it.

e2B's search engine instantly searches not only document titles but also data within a document. Every facet of your data is explored. And though this search feature is very complex, advanced and up-to-date, it is very easy to use.
Ready to Use
As mentioned above, detail creation is instant. The moment that all the needed details are created and saved, encoders can immediately use them.
Encoding
Now that the new details for the new product line is available, it's up to the encoder to provide data entries on the form. It's sort of a fill-in the blanks.
Additional Requirement
Sometimes, additional details are needed. This is not a problem for e2B since a user can easily add new details or modify existing details.
I.T. Receives the Request
Once the request has been received, the department concerned is now ready to add or modify details. The process of adding or modifying details is as easy as creating them. Once the adjustments have been met, it's just a matter of advising the encoder about the changes made so that he could make such adjustments on his side as well.
Modify Additional Detail
All the encoder is left to do is to update the documents by filling up the latest detail parameter that the I.T. department or whoever has is concerned created.
