  • To create an Image file, expand "User's" Maintenance folder, expand the desired "User" Group folder and then expand the Images folder and then click New.



      Note:
    • If you are using the My Profile function, expand the folder, expand the "Image" folder and click New.

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.

    • The label for "Image" folder will depend upon what the Administrator will provide. A sample of an image folder is shown below.




  • Select the desired "User" from the available selections to create the Image file for the "User" selected. If there are more than ten (10) available "Users", an extended search engine will appear. Click here for details on using this search engine.

      Note:
    • If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.


  • After selecting the desired "User", select from the available selections of Images Group. If there are more than ten (10) available Images Group, an extended search engine will appear. Click here for details on using this search engine.

      Note:
    • If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.

    • "Images" Groups are created by the Administrator. Without these image groups, there's no way you can create image files for "Users". You need at least one (1) Image Group available for you to continue. Ask your Administrator for this feature.


  • On the New "Image" form, you will find three (3) fields; the Image Description field, the Remarks field and the Image File Name field.

  • To select an image file, click the Browse button beside the Image File Name field.


    This will allow you to search for the desired image file on your system. After selecting the desired image file, the file name of the selected image file will be reflected on the Image Description field. You can change the image description by typing the desired description of the selected image file. The Image File Name field will contain the exact location where the image file was taken from.

  • You can also type in some remarks on the Remarks field. This is an optional field. Click here for details.



  • When satisfied with the image file selected, click the Save button to save the image file. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Clicking the Images Group button will take you to the Images Group selection screen.

  • Clicking the Search Images Group button will bring out the extended search engine allowing you to do a specific search of Images Group.

  • Clicking the "User" button will take you to the "Users" selection screen.

  • Clicking the Search "User" button will bring out the extended search engine allowing you to do a specific search of "User".

  • Clicking the Clear button will erase recently entered data on the fields.

  • Clicking the Cancel button aborts the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.

  • Clicking the Help button will bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note:
    • The Search Images Group and Search "User" buttons only appear when there are more than ten (10) available selections of Images Group and "Users" respectively.

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
