e2B System Media Administrator Help Deleting a Time Schedule

  • To delete existing Time Schedule file, expand System Settings folder, expand the Operation Schedule folder, expand Time Schedule folder and click Delete. Select the desired Operation Schedule where the Time Schedule to be deleted is located. If there are more than ten (10) available selection of Operation Schedules, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.



      Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.


  • After selecting the Operation Schedule where the Time Schedule to be deleted is located, this will show all available Time Schedules contained within that particular Operation Schedule.

  • Once you have selected the desired Time Schedule file to delete, this will bring out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file. Nothing can be modified here. A sample of Time Schedule Information page is shown below.



  • Once sure to delete the current viewed Time Schedule file, click the Delete button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Back button to go back to the previous page visited.

  • Click the Operation Schedule button to return to the Operation Schedule selection screen and select other Time Schedules to delete in other Operation Schedules.

  • Click the Search Operation Schedule button to bring out the extended search engine and perform specific search of Operation Schedule file to delete any available Time Schedules contained within it.

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the Time and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note:
    • The Search Operation Schedule button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available selections of Operation Schedules.

    • You can also use the Operation Schedule function to delete Time Schedules. When you delete an Operation Schedule file, all the Time Schedules contained within it will also be deleted.
