Delete Another: Click this button to select another available
Document Type file to be deleted under the same Document Group. Follow the steps
in deleting Document Privilege.
Search Document Type: Click this button to bring out the
extended search engine
and perform a specific search of Document Type file to delete under the same Document Group.
Document Group: Click this button to go to the available Document Groups
selection screen.
Search Document Group: Click this button to bring out the
extended search engine
and perform a specific search of Document Group file and delete any available Document
Type within the selected Document Group.
Exit: Click this button to return to the welcome page or main menu.
Help: Click this button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note:
- The Search Document Type and Search Document Group
buttons only appear when there are more than ten (10) available selections of
Document Types or Document Groups respectively.
