- To delete existing Document Privilege file, expand the "User" Maintenance folder,
expand the desired "User" Group folder,
expand the Document folder and click Delete.
Note:
- The "User" may stand for Client,
Guest or User.
- Select from the available Document Groups shown. If there are more than
ten (10) available Document Groups, an extended search engine will appear.

- If you do not want to use the extended search engine,
close the extended search engine and use the Next and
Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections.
To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- After selecting the desired Document Group, select the desired
Document/Statement Type from the selections available. If there are
more than ten (10) available Document Types, an extended search will appear.

Note:

To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- Once you have selected the desired Document Type file to delete, this will bring
out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file.
Nothing can be modified here. A sample of Document Privilege Information page is shown below.
- Click the Back button to return to the previous page visited.
- To delete the current viewed Document Type file, move your mouse over
the Delete button and press your left mouse button.
A confirmation will appear either the action taken was
a success
or an error has occurred.
- Click the Search Document Type button to bring out the
extended search engine and
perform specific search of Document Type file to delete under the same Document Group.
- Click the Document Group button to go to the available Document Group
selection screen.
- Clicking the Search Document Group button will bring out the
extended search engine to search
for a particular Document Group.
- Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the
welcome page or main menu.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note:
- The Search Document Type and Search Document Group buttons
only appears when there are more than ten (10) available selections of Document Types
or Document Groups respectively.
