- This feature contains all messages that were previously sent, replied and forwarded to.
To view theses messages, move your cursor on top of the
Sent found on the left panel of your e-doc Text! Messenger Browser, right below the
Outbox and click on it. This will bring out the list of all sent, replied, and
forwarded messages. A sample of all previously sent messages is shown below.
- Use the
Arrows to move from one set of sent messages to another.
The sent messages are grouped into sets of 10's. When you clicked on the
Refresh icon, this will refresh your browser and bring you back to
the 1st set of sent messages.
Note:
- The only time you'll be able to see the
Arrows is when there are more than ten (10) available sent messages.
Use the
Arrow to go to the next set of available sent messages and use the
Arrow to go back to previous set of available sent messages.
- The
Refresh icon when clicked upon will refresh your sent messages
and return you to the 1st Set of Sent Messages.
- The
Trash icon when clicked upon will only erase or delete all available
Sent Messages.
- When you have selected the sent message you want to view, move your cursor on top of
the message and click on it. This will bring out the Sent Text Message Window containing
the message and other information. A sample of opened Sent Message is shown below.
- If you want to delete or remove the sent message, move your cursor on top of
the Delete button and click on it. This will erase the message
and will close the sent text message window and return you to e-doc text messenger page.
- To resend the message, move your cursor on top of the Resend button and click on it,
this will send your message and close the sent text message window
and return to e-doc text messenger main page.
You may check your
Outbox to confirm the message if it has been resend.
- The Cancel button aborts the operation and closes the sent text message window.
- The Help button brings out the help guide for the current page.
Note: If the message contains an Attached Document,
you can click on it to view its contents.
