e2B System Manager Help Viewing Outbox Messages

  • This feature works everytime a message has been sent. The message sent will temporarily be contained in here before sending it the designated party. There will be a 1-60 seconds delay before the receiving party can receive the sent message.

  • To view the outbox messages, move your cursor on top of the Outbox found on the left panel right below the Drafts and click on it. This will bring out the list of sent messages. A sample of list of Outbox Messages is shown below.



  • You will be able to know that your message has been sent when you clicked on the Refresh icon and the outbox message has disappeared. Keep on refreshing for you to know that your message has already been received by the designated party.

      Note:
    • The only time you'll be able to see the Arrows is when there are more than ten (10) available outbox messages. Use the Arrow to go to the next set of available outbox messages and use the Arrow to go back to previous set of available outbox messages.

    • The Refresh icon when clicked upon will refresh your outbox messages and return you to the 1st Set of Outbox Messages.

    • The Trash icon when clicked upon will erase or delete all available Outbox Messages.


  • While on the outbox text message window, you have the following options:
      Send: Click this button to send the current viewed message.
      Delete: Click this button to delete the current viewed message.
      Clear: Click this button to erase recently entered values and bring back the original data entries.
      Cancel: Click this button to abort and close the outbox text message window.
      Help: Click this button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
