- Highlighted texts signify that they contain a note. Double-click the text you want to view and 
				this will bring out the e-doc Note! Browser containing the note. 
				Use the Next and Back arrows to navigate through the notes.
				A sample of page file with highlighted texts with notes is shown below. 
				
  
				
				 
					
					Note:
					The   and  
					  icon 
					will only appear when there are more than two (2) notes created.
					 
				
  
			 - To add notes to the existing note, click the Add icon and follow the same steps 
				in making notes.
				
  
				
				Note: Only when adding or copying notes will the private or public 
				be changed or set. So if you want to change the private viewing to public viewing or vise versa, 
				copy the note you want to change by clicking the Copy icon and set the 
				desired viewing status and save to update the new note.
				 
				
  
			 - You can reply to a Note created by another user by clicking the 
				
  icon.

			 - Clicking the 
  
				icon will bring out the e-doc Note! Browser allowing you to reply to the 
				Note made by another user. A sample of a Reply Note is shown below.
				
  
					
				
  
				
				Note:
				- Clicking the 
					
  
					icon will bring out the note made by the User. 
					To close the origin note, click the Exit icon or 
					the  
					icon found on the top most right corner of the origin note browser. You can also press 
					the Alt and F4 keys on your keyboard simultaneously 
					to close the window.
				  
				
  
			 - Once sure about the Reply Note you've created, click the Save icon and the 
				Reply Note will be added to the other lists of Notes of the user.
