Public icon : This allows other Note! Browsers to view the notes you have created. Clicking this icon, changes your mode back to Private.

Save icon: This saves your note.
Exit icon: This will bring back the initial e-doc Note! Browser containing only the two (2) icons. This will be the case if you did not save the note.

  • To start making notes, move your cursor over the e-doc Note Browser text field and click your left mouse button. A vertical blinking line should appear inside the field. Using your keyboard, type in your note. The notes you type are limited to a maximum of 512 characters including spaces. Click the Save icon to save the note made.

Important: Be sure that you are completely sure about your entries. You won't be able to modify them later on.

  • After clicking the Save icon, a confirmation appears. While on the confirmation page, clicking the Add icon allows you to add another note and clicking the Exit icon will refresh the note browser having the new format:

The Add icon: This allows you to add another notes to the existing note.
The Copy icon: This allows you to copy the existing note.
The Print icon: This allows you to print the note made.
The Exit icon: This will close the e-doc Note! Browser or click the X icon on the top most right corner of the browser to close.

      Note:
      • The and icon will only appear when there are more than two (2) notes created.

      • Once the note has been saved, the private viewing can no longer be changed to public viewing and vise versa.

      • Saved notes can no longer be modified, so be sure to check your typed notes carefully before saving.
