Master Tab Window
The "Master Tab Window" shows the number of available Master Replicas
processing as well as the Slave Replicas under each Master Replica.
On this window, you can download files and save them according to your preference.
To view the Master Replica(s) available, click the "Main Tab Window"
as shown on the figure below.

The Master column shows the available Master Replicas.
The Slave column shows the number of Slave Replicas contained
in a Master Replica.
The Last Update column shows the last time the replica has
performed replication.
The Time Lapsed column shows how long the last replication
process took.
The Status column shows the status activity of the replica.
This may show the actual processing state of the replica or
tells when the next replication process will happen.
On the Master Tab Window, you can click the Master Replica to open the
"View Master Replica" window. See sample figure below.

Once opened, you can do any of the following:
- View Files
- View the Process Summary
- Close the View Master Replica window

You cannot edit or modify the data on the current Master Replica being
viewed. If you really want to modify the data settings of the
Master Replica, go to " Master" on the Menu Bar and then click
" Modify". Select the desired Master Replica, modify and then
save when done.

View Files:
- To view the files contained in the Master Replica, click the View Files
button as shown on the figure above. This will bring out the
View Master File Logs window showing all the filenames,
size and the date the files were processed. See sample figure below.

- Clicking a filename will show you the list where the file
is being replicated to. Like for example; the file may be
replicated and located in the Backup directory, in the Slave(s)
directory or in the Master directory. See sample figure below.

- Clicking again the same filename will bring out the "Download Master File"
window allowing you to download the said file. See figure below.
To download the file, select the desired directory where you want
to save the file and then hit the "Save" button.
Clicking the "Cancel" button will abort the operation.

Before selecting the directory where you wish to store the file,
copy first the filename because as you select a directory,
the filename will disappear. So, if you like to retain the filename,
copy it first by pressing "Ctrl" + "C" simultaneously
on your keyboard and then you can now select the desired directory.
After that, paste the copied filename on the "File Name" text
field by pressing "Ctrl" + "V" on your keyboard.
Once done, you can now save. Clicking the "Cancel" button
before saving the file will abort the operation.
- After downloading the file, you will end up at the
"View Master File Log Files" window.
Click the "Close" button to close the window and return you to the
"View Master File Logs" window and select another file to view.

To change the width of the window, point to the left or right window
border. When the pointer changes into a horizontal double-headed arrow
 ,
drag the border to the right or left.
To change the height, point to the top or bottom window border.
When the pointer changes into a vertical double-headed arrow
 ,
drag the border up or down.
You can also resize the window by placing your cursor at any
corner of the window and as it changes into a diagonal
double-headed arrow
 or
 ,
click and hold your mouse button and drag the border to any direction.
You can also click the

icon (upper right hand corner) to close the window.
Or, press " Alt" + " F4" keys simultaneously on your
keyboard.
- When you're done viewing or downloading files, click the "Close"
button to return you to the main window.
View Process Summary:
- The Process Summary shows the number of files processed under the Master
Replica. It shows the last time the files were processed; the process duration;
the files being read, added, copied to slave(s), updated from slave(s),
backed up, recovered, deleted or even files that failed to be copied.
To view the Process Summary, click the "Process Summary" button.
This will bring out the "Master Replica Process Summary" window.

Nothing can be edited or modified here.
Click the " Refresh" button to update the Master Replica
process summary and show the latest activity that happened.
Click the " Close" button to exit the Master Replica Process
Summary window or click the 
icon found on the upper right hand corner of the window.
You can also press " Alt" + " F4" keys simultaneously
on your keyboard to exit the Process Summary window and return to the
Master Replica Tab window.
Close the View Master Replica Window
- To close or exit the View Master Replica window, click the "Close"
button or click the
icon found on the upper right hand corner of the window. You may also press
"Alt" + "F4" keys simultaneously on your keyboard.

Closing the window will return you to the "Master Tab Window".
