- This Activity Log monitors all access made to the system from the time of login to
the time a user logs out. This also includes the attempts made successfully as well as
the failure to login successfully. All access made to system will be registered here including
the time and date the system was accessed, the I.P. Addresses of the terminal used and
the type of access made.
- This also monitors all print jobs made while logged on. This shows what documents were printed
or on the process of printing, or even the documents that are inline for printing, including
the number of copies made. It also shows the document's owner name.
- This feature includes the following functions:
Access Log: This shows all access logs made.
