  • e2B Transact! is the method needed for a particular system which in this case is the Subsidiary Account.

    The following are the methods used for the system:
    • Transaction Unit - ...
      Click the Transaction Unit folder > New. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Unit file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Unit file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Unit file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Unit file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Unit file.


    • Transaction Counter - ...
      To be able to create a transaction counter, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. Click the Transaction Counter folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Counter file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Counter file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Counter file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Counter file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Counter file.


    • Transaction Detail - defines the details needed for a transaction wherein users may be required to fill up. This is to have more detailed information about the transaction.
      To be able to create a transaction detail, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. Click the Transaction Detail folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Detail file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Detail file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Detail file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Detail file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Detail file.


    • Transaction Group - defines different transactions to be grouped according to users' preferences.
      To be able to create a transaction group, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. Click the Transaction Group folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Group file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Group file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Group file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Group file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Group file.


    • Transaction Group Relationship - allows you to relate different transaction groups with each other. This allows sharing of data between transaction groups.
      To be able to create a transaction group relationship, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. You need at least two Transaction Groups to be able to establish a relationship. Click the Transaction Group Relationship folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Group Relationship file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Group Relationship file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Group Relationship file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Group Relationship file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Group Relationship file.


    • Transaction Entry - defines users to transact with any account codes available. Also allows discount and the source of input may either be a transaction or an account.
      To be able to create a transaction entry, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. Click the Transaction Entry folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Transaction Entry file but also perform the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Transaction Entry file.
      • View - allows you to view any Transaction Entry file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Transaction Entry file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Entry file.


    • Transaction Template - defines the output format for transactions.
      To be able to create a transaction template, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. You also need to have the following for you to proceed: Transaction Groups, Transaction Details, Transaction Entries and Transaction Counters. Make sure to create them first before creating transaction template file. Click the Transaction Template folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Fill up the form and save.

      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Transaction Template file.


    • Transaction Status - defines transactions according to sequence making 1 as the highest priority and 9 as the least priority.
      To be able to create a transaction status, you need to have a Subsidiary Account first. You won't be able to continue if there are no subsidiary accounts created. Click the Transaction Status folder > New. Select the desired Subsidiary Account. Select a Transaction Type. Fill up the form and save.
