  • The function of e2B Storage! is to store all processed transactions.

  • Storing transactions is vital in all aspects of business ventures especially with companies handling a lot of transactions. Storage is very important not only for the sake of filling but for the security of every transaction. In this way transactions are sorted out according to a user's preference for easy access and retrieval. By using e2B Storage!, transaction files are systematically organized in a sense that in only a click of a mouse, you will be able to search for a particular document transaction stored.

    Here are the things you can do on how to store transactions:
    • Storage - Storage is where you assign transaction(s) to be contained/stored. To be able to create a storage, you need to have a Storage Detail first. Click the Storage folder > New. Select the Storage Detail created. Fill up the form and save.

      In here, not only can you create a Storage file but also do the following:
      • Modify - allows you to edit or make necessary changes on any existing Storage file.
      • View - allows you to view any Storage file's information and history. The history contains when the file has been modified and who made the modification.
      • Delete - allows you to remove a Storage file.
      • Recover - allows you to retrieve a deleted Storage file.


    • Storage Relationship - Storage Relationship allows you to have relationships between different storages. Creating a Storage Relationship requires at least two Storage file to be able to establish a relationship. Click the Storage Relationship folder > New. Fill up the form and save.

    • Storage Detail - Storage Detail provides the necessary details that are going to be used in the creation form. Providing necessary details ensure proper identification of every storage. Click the Storage Detail folder > New. Fill up the form and save.
