e2B Images! allows you to create Image Group Names for
Subsidiary Accounts, Manager Groups,
User Groups , Client Groups and
Guest Groups used for uploading images of different
types like; JPG, GIF, BMP,
PNG and others into the system. This images can be sort out according to their
level of access. Images can be categorize according to types:
Confidential: These Images are accessible only by Managers Group
in the system.
Internal: These Images are accessible by any Users except
Guests Group.
Public: These Images are accessible by any Users in the
system.
Restricted: These Images are accessible only by Users Group
and Managers Group in the system.
- To create a Group Image Name for a particular group, let's take for example,
you want to create an Image Name for Subsidiary Accounts,
expand the Subsidiary Accounts folder and click New.
Select the desired Subsidiary Account Name. After selecting a Subsidiary Account Name,
select the Image Type you want an image to be categorized when uploading into
the system. Image types are shown above. After selecting an image type, a blank form will appear,
fill up the form and save. A confirmation will appear if the action taken was
a success
or an error has occurred.

- To modify a file, follow what you did in creating a new subsidiary account images name file
but this time click Modify. Select the desired subsidiary account and then
select the subsidiary account image name you want to modify and click on it.
This will bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save.
A confirmation will appear if the action taken was
a success
or an error has occurred.

View,
Delete and
Recover,
click on the appropriate function and follow the above steps.
- If you want to create Images Name for Manager Group, User Group,
Client Group and Guest Group, just follow the above process.
