Alignment is the lay-out of the element on the document form. It is how the element to be
positioned or aligned. Alignment includes: Left, Right, Center and Justify. Refer to image
below.

| UNDERLINED TEXT |

Underlined text is an option of text element whether it is to be underlined or not. Selecting
Y for Yes will mean that the text will have a line under it and choosing N for No will mean
no line under it or it just a regular text. Refer to image below.
