  • To view active "User" file, expand "User" Maintenance folder, expand "User" folder and click View. All existing "User" files will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.



      Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.


  • Once you have selected the desired "User" file to view, this will bring out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file. Nothing can be modified here. A sample of "User" Information page is shown below.

  • Click the History button to bring out the current "User's" data history.

  • Click the "User" button to go back to the "Users" selection screen.

  • Click the Search "User" button to bring out the extended search engine and perform specific search of "User" file to view.

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note:
    • The Search "User" button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available "User" selections.
    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
    • You can also view each detail's history by clicking on the text with an underlined link as shown on the above image. This will bring out the detailed information about the detail used. Try to click the above links for details.
