- To view active "User" Relationship file, expand "User" Maintenance folder,
expand the desired "User" Group folder,
expand Relationship folder and click View.
All existing relationship files will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available
selections, a search engine will appear.

Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine,
close the extended search engine and use the Next and
Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections.
To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- Once you have selected the desired relationship file to view, this will bring
out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file.
Nothing can be modified here. A sample of "User" Relationship Information page is shown below.
- Click the History button to bring out the current relationship's
data history.
- Click the Back button to go back to the previous page visited.
- Click the Search button to bring out the
extended search engine and
perform specific search of relationship file to view under the same "User" Group.
- Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the
welcome screen or main menu.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note: The Search button only appears when
there are more than ten (10) available selections.
