e2B System User Help Viewing a Mobile Device

  • To view active Mobile Device file, expand the "User" Maintenance folder, expand the desired "User" Group folder, expand the Mobile Device folder and click View.



  • Select the desired "User" from the available selections where the Mobile Device file is located. If there are more than ten (10) available "Users", an extended search engine will appear. Click here for details on using this search engine.

      Note:
    • If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.


  • Once the desired "User" has been selected, all active Mobile Device files under that selected "User" will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.

      Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.


  • Once you have selected the desired Mobile Device file to view, this will bring out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file. Nothing can be modified here. A sample of Mobile Device Information page is shown below.



  • Click the History button to bring out the current Mobile Device's data history.

  • Click the Back button to go back to the previous page visited.

  • Click the Search button to bring out the extended search engine and perform specific search of Mobile Device file to view.

  • Click "User" button to return to the "Users" selection screen and select other "User's" Mobile Device files to view.

  • Click the Search "User" button to bring out the extended search engine and perform a specific search of available "User".

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note:
    • The Search button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available Mobile Device files under the same "User".

    • The Search "User" button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available selections of "Users".

    • The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
