- To delete existing Image file, expand "User's" Maintenance folder,
expand the desired "User" Group folder and then expand the
Images folder and click Delete.
Note:
- If you are using the My Profile function, expand the folder,
expand the "Image" folder and click Delete.
- The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
- The label for "Image" folder will depend upon what the
Administrator will provide. A sample of an image folder is shown below.
- Select the desired "User" from the available selections to delete the available Image files
contained in the "User" selected. If there are more than ten (10) available "Users",
an extended search engine will appear.

- If you do not want to use the extended search engine,
close the extended search engine and use the Next and
Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections.
To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
- After selecting the desired "User", select from the available lists of Images Group.
If there are more than ten (10) available Images Group selections, an
extended search engine will appear. You may use this to search for a specific Images Group
that contains the desired Image file to be deleted.

- If you do not want to use the extended search engine,
close the extended search engine and use the Next and
Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections.
To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.
- After selecting the desired Images Group, all existing Image files contained within the
selected Images Group will be shown. If there are more than fifty (50)
available selections, a search engine will appear.

- To select an Image File to delete, click the Image File Name and not the
thumbnail view of the image. Clicking the Image File Name will bring out the image's
information page. Clicking the thumbnail view of the image will bring out the

browser containing the image.
- After selecting the image you want to delete, the image's detail information will be shown.
Nothing can be edited/modified while in this mode. A sample of Delete Images Information page
is shown below.
- Making sure that the current image you are viewing is the correct image file you want to delete,
then click the Delete button to delete it.
A confirmation will tell you if your action was successful
or an error has occurred.
- Accidentally deleted images can easily be restored by using
the recover function.
- The usual buttons that may be found here are the following:
Delete: Click this button to delete the document.
Back: Click this button to return to the previous page visited.
Search: Click this button to bring out the
extended search engine
and perform a specific search of Image file to delete under the same Images Group
of the current "User".
Images Group: Clicking this button will take you to the available Images
Group selection screen.
Search Images Group: Click this button to bring out the
extended search engine
and perform a specific search of available Images Group.
"User": Click this button to go to the "Users" selection screen and
select other "Users'" Image file to delete.
Search "User": Click this button to bring out the
extended search engine
and perform a specific search of "User" and delete any available Image files within it.
Cancel: Click this button to abort operation and return to the welcome page
or title screen.
Help: Click this button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note:
- The "User" may stand for Client or Guest.
- The Search button will only appear when there are more than
fifty (50) available selections. Clicking the search button will bring out the
extended search engine allowing
you to search for a particular image file to delete.
- The Search Images Group and Search "User" buttons will
only appear when there are more than ten (10) available selections.
Clicking these search buttons will bring out the
extended search engine allowing
you to search for a particular Images Group or "User" respectively.
- You can view the current image file by clicking the image's
thumbnail view. This will bring out the
e2B Images! Browser
containing the actual size of the image.
