Account - This feature allows the user to create a detailed list of
statement of accounts.
- To create a new account file, expand the Account folder
and then click New. Select an Account Detail.
After selecting an account detail, this will bring out a blank form. Fill up the form and save.
A confirmation will appear if the action taken was
a success
or an error has occurred.

- To modify a file, follow what you did in creating a new account file but this time
click Modify. Select the desired account you want to modify and click on it.
This will bring out the file's information page. Edit the contents and save.

- To move an account, click on Move.

- To create or modify a Beginning Balance for a particular account,
click on Beginning Balance. Select a Company Balance.
Select an Account Code and this will bring out a form.
Fill up or edit the form and save. A confirmation will appear if
the action taken was a success
or an error has occurred.
