e2B System User Help Deleting Address Book Entry

  • To delete existing Mobile Device file, expand the My Profile folder, expand the Address Book folder and click Delete. You can confirm that you are on "Delete" when your mouse cursor changes into a pointing hand. Press or click your left mouse button.

  • Follow steps 2 to 9 in creating a new address book entry until you get to the entry you want to delete. To avoid confusion, just replace the term "add" which I used to "delete". Actually, it's all the same process, if you've come this far, you won't even have to read this. It's so easy!

  • Have you followed the steps? Yes? Good! By now you should be in the User Information Page. The following buttons may be available;
    The Delete button deletes the current document. This is the primary reason why you are in this form.
    The Back button which takes you back to the previous page visited.
    The User Type button takes you back to the System User Type selection screen.
    The "User" Group button takes you back to the Group selection screen.
    The Cancel button aborts the operation and return to the welcome screen.
    The Help button brings out the help guide for the current page.

      Note: The "User" Group button may stand for the following; Administrator, Manager, User, Client, or Guest.

  • After you've confirmed that this is the address book entry you want to delete, simply click the Delete button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.
