- After selecting the document, a page will show all the details a document has.
Nothing can be edited or modified while in view mode.
- Viewing documents provide you with the following options;
History: Click this button to show the document's data history.
For more help on viewing a document's history, click here.
Back: Click this button to return to the previous page visited.
Search: Click this to bring out
the extended search engine.
Cancel: Click this button to abort the operation and return to the welcome page
or main menu.
Help: Click this button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
Note:
- In some cases, some additional buttons may also be present.
These buttons when clicked upon will bring you to a selection screen.
- The Search button only appears here if there are more than ten (10)
available selections.
