- Viewing Statement of Account page(s) are shown here on e-doc Live! Browser. A sample of
statement of account shown on e-doc Live! Browser is shown below.
Note:
- When you select only a page to view you won't see the Number Icons as
shown on the above image. Only when you select the All on the page
selection screen will you be able to see these number icons. As for the above sample
image, there are only two (2) available pages to be displayed. That's why the number
icons seen on the browser are 1 and 2.
- You can maximize the browser by clicking the
icon found on the upper right hand corner of the browser for better viewing. Use the
scroll bar to view the rest of the page(s) available or use the Up and
Down arrow keys on your keyboard in scrolling.
- While viewing the Statement of Account page(s), you can actually put some notes on the page
itself. You can do this by double-clicking on any text on the page and this will bring out
the e-doc Note! Browser. Click here
for more details on how to add notes on your Statement of Account page. Added notes can be
read by the Customer Service. Aside from sending text messages to Customer Service,
added notes helps in pointing out where exactly your queries are on the said statement of
account page.
Note:
- Notes embedded on your statement of account page can be read by the Customer Service.
- Highlighted text (in yellow) signifies embedded notes.
- Now let's go to the functions of icons found right at the bottom of the e-doc Live! Browser.

Number Icon(s): These icons signifies the number of pages shown on
the browser. Clicking each number icon will show you the equivalent page to be
displayed. Example: If you click 2, you will then arrive to page 2
of your Statement of Account. And clicking 1, will then return you
to the first page of your Statement of Account and so on and so forth.

Text Icon: Clicking this icon will bring out the e-doc Text! Messenger
allowing you to send messages and attached the currently viewed Statement of Account
page to the Customer Service for any inquiries or assistance regarding your account.

Print Icon: Clicking this icon allows you to print the current viewed
page(s).

Exit Icon: Click this icon if you want to close the e-doc Live! Browser.
You can also do any of the following to close the browser as well:
- Click the icon
found on the upper right hand corner of the browser.
- Press Alt and F4 keys simultaneously on your
keyboard.
