  • To create a Time Schedule file, expand the System Settings folder, expand the Operation Schedule folder, expand the Time Schedule folder and click New. Select the desired Operation Schedule Name where you want to place the Time Schedule to be created. Or, if you have created and successfully saved an Operation Schedule file, just click the New Time Schedule button and you will be in the New Time Schedule Form right away.



    A blank form will appear. The form consists of the following fields; Day of the Week, Time Schedule From, Time Schedule Until, Record Status, Date Valid From, Date Valid Until, and Remarks. A sample of New Time Schedule Information form is shown below.


  • Move your cursor until it is over the Day of the Week field. This is a required field. Once it is over it, click to highlight the desired day of the week. Once finished, press TAB or click on the next field.

  • On the Time Schedule From field, type the desired time you want the Time Schedule to start.

  • On the Time Schedule Until field, type the desired time you want the Time Schedule to end.

  • As for the rest of the fields; Record Status, Date Valid From, Date Valid Until, and Remarks, click the links for details.

  • If you want to clear all you have entered, just move your mouse over the Clear button and press your left mouse button.

  • Once you are sure about your entries, simply move your cursor over the Save button and press your left mouse button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Operation Schedule button to return to the Operation Schedule selection screen where you can select other Operation Schedule names you want the Time Schedule file to belong.

  • Click the Search Operation Schedule button to bring out the extended search engine and search for a specific Operation Schedule name where you wan the Time Schedule file to belong to.

  • Click the Cancel button to exit the Time and return to the welcome page or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.


      Note:
    • You can also use the Operation Schedule function in creating new Time Schedules. When you have successfully saved the created Operation Schedule, clicking the New Time Schedule button will bring you to the New Time Schedule Information page where you can start creating Time Schedules for the recently saved Operation Schedule file.

    • The Search Operation Schedule button will only appear when there more than ten (10) available Operation Schedule selections.
