  • To view available User Log file, expand Activity Log folder and click User.



  • This will bring out the View User Log page. User Log lists all the activities made within e2B Media!. This shows all users who made access into the system including the actions taken during sessions. Also shows the time and date of access by Users, the name of the User who access the system, the Type of log made, the I.P. Address of the terminal used and some remarks on the type of log. User Logs are arranged according to Log Dates from the most recent log dates down to the previous ones. A sample of View User Log page is shown below.



  • Initially, when you View User Logs, it will display all types of User Logs (as shown on the sample above). Use the Next button to go to the next set of available User Logs and use the Previous button to go back to the previous set.

      Note:
    • The Next and Previous buttons will only appear when there are more than twenty (20) available User Logs to view.


  • If you want to view different log types, simply click on the drop down list of available Log Type and select the desired Log Type to view. A sample of drop down list of Log Type is shown below.

      Log Types:
    • All Types: Displays all available Log Types available (Attempts Exceeded, Logged Out, Login Failed and Successfully Login).
    • Attempts Exceeded: Displays the number of Invalid Logins which is usually three (3) invalid logins. The user has reached the maximum number of invalid logins.
    • Logged Out: Displays all successful log outs made by users including the time and date of log outs.
    • Login Failed: Displays all the number of unsuccessful Logins by users including the reason of Login Failed and the time and date of login.
    • Successfully Login: Displays all the successful logins made by users including the time and date of login.


  • Clicking the Refresh will refresh the View User Log page to the first set of User Logs available.

  • Click the Exit button to abort the operation and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
