- To view available Session Log file, expand Activity Log folder
and click User.
- This will bring out the View Session Log page.
Session Log lists all the sessions made to e2B System!. This shows
all users who are currently accessing the system as well as the previous access made.
Also shows the Session Date made by Users, the name of the User who access the system,
the Session I.D. of Users, status of Users, the I.P. Address of the terminal used and some
Remarks. Session Logs are arranged according to Session Dates from the most recent session
dates down to the previous ones. A sample of View Session Log page is shown below.
- Initially, when you View Session Logs, it will display all types of Session Logs
(as shown on the sample above). Use the Next button to go to the next set
of available Session Logs and use the Previous button to go back to the
previous set.
Note:
- The Next and Previous buttons will only appear
when there are more than twenty (20) available Session Logs to view.
- If you want to view different log status, simply click on the drop down list of available
Log Status and select the desired Log Status to view. A sample of
drop down list of Log Status is shown below.
Log Status:
- All Types: Displays all available Log Status available
(Logged In, Logged Out and New Session).
- Logged In: Displays the all users who are currently logged in.
- Logged Out: Displays all successful log outs made by users including
the time and date of log outs.
- New Session: Displays all users who are currently accessing the
system for the first time.
- Clicking the Refresh will refresh the View Session Log page to the
first set of Session Logs available.
- Click the Exit button to abort the operation and return to the
welcome screen or main menu.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
