  • To view available Data Log file, expand Activity Log folder and click Data.



  • This will bring out the View Data Log page. Data Log lists all the activities made within e2B Media!. This shows all users who made access into the system including the actions taken during sessions. It also shows the type of actions made; may it be creating of New files, Modifying, Deleting or even Recovering of files. This includes Log Dates, User Name, Type and some Remarks. Data Logs are arranged according to Log Dates from the most recent log dates down to the previous ones. A sample of View Data Log page is shown below.



  • Initially, when you View Data Logs, it will display all types of Data Logs (as shown on the sample above). Use the Next button to go to the next set of available Data Logs and use the Previous button to go back to the previous set.

      Note:
    • The Next and Previous buttons will only appear when there are more than twenty (20) available Data Logs to view.


  • If you want to view different log types, simply click on the drop down list of available Log Type and select the desired Log Type to view. A sample of drop down list of Log Type is shown below.

      Log Types:
    • All Types: Displays all available Log Types available (New, Modified, Deleted and Recovered).
    • Error: Displays all available errors encountered during each session.
    • New: Displays all available created files.
    • Modified: Displays all available modified files.
    • Deleted: Displays all available deleted files.
    • Recovered: Displays all recovered available files that were previously been deleted.


  • Clicking the Refresh will refresh the View Data Log page to the first set of Data Logs available.

  • Click the Exit button to abort the operation and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
