- The User Information page displays all the available information about the user. This shows the
following; the User Detail, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, Mobile and Images.
On the group information page, you will have the following options:
Back
- Clicking this icon will bring you back to the "Users'" selection screen where you can select
other available users and view its detailed information.
Search
- Clicking this icon will bring out the
extended search engine allowing you
to do a search for a particular selection.
Note: This icon only appears when there are more than ten (10)
available selections.
Info
- Clicking this icon will bring you to the top most portion of the information page
where the detail information about the user is displayed.
Telephone
- Clicking this icon will bring you to the telephone section where the available telephone
number(s) for the user are displayed. To create a telephone number file, go to the
Telephone Number folder and click New. A blank form will
appear, fill up the form and save.
Fax
- Clicking this icon will bring you to the Fax section where the available Fax Number(s)
are displayed. Fax Number file can be created on the Fax Number folder, click
New. Fill out the form and save.
Email
- Clicking this icon will bring you to the Email section where the available Email Addresses
of the user are displayed. Go to the Email folder and click New
to create an Email file.
Mobile
- Clicking this icon will bring you to the Mobile section where available Mobile Device and
Mobile Numbers of the user are displayed. Go to the Mobile folder and
click New to create a Mobile file.
Images
- CLicking this icon will bring you to the Images section where available images uploaded by the
user are displayed. To upload images, go to the Images folder and click
New. To view an image file, click the thumbnail view of the
selected image and this will be shown on the e2B Images!
browser. Click here

Print
- Clicking this icon allows you to print the information page of the user being viewed.
Help
- Clicking this icon will bring out the help guide for the User Information page.
Exit
- Clicking this icon will close the User Information page and return to the welcome page
or main menu.
