- An Authenticating Image Failed message appears when an error has been
committed. Here are the possible reasons why an image file selected has not been
authenticated successfully:
- The Image file selected is associated or it belongs to other groups.
- The Image existed but it is not associated with any account in the system.
The possible reason is that the image file has been deleted.
- The Image selected does not exist in the system or it has not yet been uploaded into
the system.
- When this happens, all you can do is Go Back and check your entries
or Exit to abort the operation.
