e2B System Manager Help Recovering a Deleted Fax Number

  • To recover deleted Fax Number file, expand the "User" Maintenance folder, expand the desired "User" Group folder, expand the Fax Number folder and click Recover.



  • Select the desired "User" from the available selections where the Fax Number file is located. If there are more than ten (10) available "Users", an extended search engine will appear. Click here for details on using this search engine.

      Note:
    • If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.

    • The "User" may stand for Client, Guest or User.


  • Once the desired "User" has been selected, all deleted Fax Number files under that selected "User" will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.

  • Once you have selected the desired Fax Machine Name file to recover, this will bring out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file. Nothing can be modified here. A sample of Fax Number Information page is shown below.



  • Click the Back button to return to the previous page visited.

  • To recover the current viewed Fax Number file, move your mouse over the Recover button and press your left mouse button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Search button to bring out the extended search engine and perform specific search of Fax Number file to recover under the same "User".

  • Click "User" button to return to the "Users" selection screen and select other "User's" Fax Number files to recover.

  • Click the Search "User" button to bring out the extended search engine and perform a specific search of available "User".

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note:
    • The Search button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available Fax Number files under the same "User".

    • The Search "User" button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available selections of "Users".

    • The "User" may stand for Client, Guest or User.
