- This confirmation only appears if you were not successful in the
action that you have taken.
- The usual error committed falls on the typing of Balance Date.
The following date formats are acceptable:
- January 1, 2003*,
- january 1, 2003*,
- 01/01/2003, or
- 01-01-2003.

The date can also be in the Upper or Lower Case,
it doesn't matter as long as there is a comma(,) and spaces between the month, date and year.
Also take note that when entering the year, it must be in
the four(4) digit format. If you only enter
the last two(2) digit (e.g. 01/01/),
the system will recognize this as 1903 and not 2003.
So make sure to enter the proper four(4) digit year.
Select from the above date formats to be sure.
- In this case, all you can do is go back and check the balance date and try again.
