Transaction - This feature allows the Manager to create, add, remove
or change data transactions in the database.
- New:
- To create a new transaction file, expand a Subsidiary Account folder.
Expand a Transaction Group. Expand a Transaction Template
and then click New. Select a Company Balance
and this will bring out the information page. Fill up or edit the form and save.
After Clicking the Save button, this will refresh the page
and you will have the option to add details on the current transaction file.

- Convert:
- To convert a transaction, you need to have a Transaction Status first.
Note: This transaction status is provided by
your Administrator. Ask your Administrator for this feature.
Now if already have this feature, create a Transaction Status by expanding
the Transaction Status folder and click on New.
Select a Company Balance and this will bring out the file's information page.
Fill up or edit the form and then click save. After clicking the save button,
the page will be refreshed. You will have the option to add details.

When done, you can now convert the transaction file by clicking Convert.
Select the Company Balance and then select the Transaction
file to be converted.

- Modify:
- To modify a transaction, click on Modify.
Select a Company Balance and then select
the desired Transaction Template. Once done, this will bring out
the file's information page. Edit the form and save.

- Validate:
- To validate transaction(s), click on Validate.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out
the list of available Transaction Counters.
Select the desired transaction counter(s) to validate and then click
the Validate button.

- Cancel:
- To cancel validated transaction(s), click on Cancel.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out
the list of available Transaction Counters that were validated.
Select the desired transaction counter(s) to cancel and then click
the Cancel button.

- Revive:
- To revive cancelled transaction(s), click on Revive.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out the
list of available Transaction Counters that were cancelled.
Select the desired transaction counter(s) to revive and then click
the Revive button.

- Hold:
- To hold transaction(s), click on Hold.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out
the list of available Transaction Counters.
Select the desired transaction counter(s) to hold and then click
the Hold button.

- Release:
- To release held transaction(s), click on Release.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out
the list of available Transaction Counters that were held.

the Release button.

- Post:
- To post transaction(s), click on Post.
Select a Company Balance. This will bring out
the list of available Transaction Counters.

- View:
- To view transaction(s), click on View.
Select a Transaction Template Status.
Select a Company Balance to bring out the file's information page.

- Delete:
- To delete transaction(s), click on Delete.
Select a Company Balance.

and then click then Delete button.
