  • To view active Account file, expand the desired Subsidiary Account folder, expand Account folder and click View. All existing Account files will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.



      Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.


  • Once you have selected the desired Account file to view, this will bring out the file's information page containing the detailed information about the file. Nothing can be modified here. A sample of Account Information page is shown below.



      Note: To view the detail history, click the desired detail name (text with underlined link) and this will bring out the detail's data history. Click Exit to close the detail history window.


  • Click the History button to bring out the current Account's data history.

  • Click the Back button to go back to the previous page visited.

  • Click the Search button to bring out the extended search engine and perform specific search of Account file to view.

  • Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and return to the welcome screen or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.

      Note: The Search button only appears when there are more than ten (10) available selections.
