e2B System Manager Help Modifying a User Status

  • To modify existing User Status file, expand the My Profile folder, expand the User Status folder and click Modify. All existing User Status files will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.

Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.

The form consists of the following editable fields; User Status Name (a required field - you cannot save unless you fill up this field), Arrangement Number, Auto Reply Message, Message to Reply, Forward to E-mail, E-mail Address, Forward to S.M.S. Device, S.M.S. Device Number, Record Status, Date Valid From, Date Valid Until, and Remarks.

  • Move your cursor until it is over the User Status Name field. Once it is over it, click your left mouse button. You should see a vertical blinking line inside that text box. Start typing your desired User Status Name using your keyboard. Once finished, press TAB or click on the next field to enter an Arrangement Number.

  • The Arrangement Number field is an optional field. If you leave it blank, the software automatically puts the value of 0(zero) in it. However, if you rather type your number, simply put your cursor inside the text box and then use your keyboard to type your desired Arrangement Number.

  • You can set your Auto-Reply Message by selecting Yes or No.

Click Yes if you want to activate the auto-reply function and type in your message in the Message to Reply textbox. You are limited to a maximum of 255 characters only. If you have exceeded the limit, the system automatically erases the excess characters. If you do not want to activate the auto-reply function, select No and leave the Message to Reply Text field blank.
