- If you want to have a print out copy of the current Document Page being viewed,
move your cursor over the
Print icon and click on it. This will bring out the Printer Server Spool.
Note: The Printer Server Spool will only appear when
there are available Printer Servers created. But if there are no printer servers
created, the default printer on your pc will be used.
- You will have the following options here:
- Select the desired printer server form the list shown.
- Select the paper size from the list shown. The default paper size is
Letter (8-½" x 11").
Note: The Width (in.) and Height (in.)
fields are for Custom Size paper. So if you want to have a custom paper size,
select Custom Size from the list and then enter the values for the width and height, both in inches.
- Select the orientation or position of the paper from the list shown.
- Select the horizontal alignment. The default setting is Center.
If you want to select other alignment, click the appropriate radio button.
If you have selected the Left Margin, enter a value on the field in inches.
- Select the vertical alignment. The default setting is Center.
If you want to select other alignment, click the appropriate radio button.
If you have selected the Top Margin, enter a value on the field in inches.
- Select the number of copies to be printed out from the list shown.
- Click the Add to Spool button to add the current document page to the
Print Queue
function of e-doc Print!
which is now in line for printing. You need to have access to e-doc Print!
feature to view the added document page. Ask your Administrator for this feature.
- Click the Use Local Printer button to print the document page on your pc's
default printer.
- Click the Reset button to reset or bring back default settings.
- Click the Cancel button to abort the operation and close the printer
server spool window.
- Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the
Printer Server Spool.
