e2B System Manager Help New E-mail Template

  • To create an E-mail Template file, expand the e2B Media! Maintenance folder, expand the E-mail Template folder and click New.



    This will bring out a blank form, a sample of New E-mail Template Information form is shown below.



  • On the E-mail Template Name field, type the desired E-mail Template Name. This is a required field and must not be left unfilled.

  • On the Sender's E-mail Address field, type the desired Sender's E-mail Address. A sample E-mail Address format is shown below.

    Juan_delaCruz@Email.com

  • On the Notify Send Status field, select the desired status by clicking on the checkbox corresponding to the selected status.

  • On the Send Notification to field, type the desired e-mail address where the notification be send to. See the above e-mail format.

  • On the Return Mail Content field, select the desired options available by clicking the radio button beside the selected option. Only one option can be selected. By default, the "Full Content" option is preselected.

  • On the Send Return Mail to field, type the desired e-mail address where the return mail be send to. See the above e-mail format.

  • On the Ignore Invalid Address field, select the desired options available by clicking the radio button beside the selected option. Only one option can be selected. By default, the "No" option is preselected.

  • On the e-doc Attachment Method field, select the desired options available by clicking the radio button beside the selected option. Only one option can be selected. By default, the "Body of e-mail" option is preselected.

  • On the Carbon Copy (CC) and Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) to fields, type the desired e-mail address for each field respectively. See the above e-mail format.

  • On the Subject Message field, type the desired subject message. A sample of subject message is shown below.

    Your %edoc% is now available

      Note: Use %edoc% as the Document Description.


  • Greeting Message field, type the desired greeting message. A sample of greeting message is shown below.

    Dear %owner%

      Note: Use %owner% as the Recipient Name.


  • On the Body Message field, type the desired message. Message is limited to 255 characters only. Excess characters will automatically be deleted by the system. A sample of body message is shown below.

    Your <B>%edoc%</B> is now available. Please visit <A href='http://bankard.com.ph'>Bankard Website now. Your statement(s) are attached with this email.


  • On the Signature Message field, type the desired message. Message is limited to 255 characters only. Excess characters will automatically be deleted by the system. A sample of signature message is shown below.

  • On the Default Template field, select the desired options available by clicking the radio button beside the selected option. Only one option can be selected. By default, the "No" option is preselected.

  • As for the rest of the fields; Record Status, Date Valid From, Date Valid Until, and Remarks, click the links for details.

  • If you want to clear all you have entered, just move your mouse over the Clear button and press your left mouse button.

  • Once you are sure about your entries, simply move your cursor over the Save button and press your left mouse button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Click the Cancel button to exit the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.

  • Click the Help button to bring out the help guide for the current page.
