  • To delete document, expand the Statement of Account folder and click Delete Document. All existing statement of accounts will be shown. If there are more than ten (10) available selections, a search engine will appear. Click here for details on using the extended search engine.



      Note: If you do not want to use the extended search engine, close the extended search engine and use the Next and Previous buttons instead to navigate through the available selections. To bring out the extended search engine, click the Search button.


  • Once you have selected the desired document to delete, this will show the whole document page. A sample of selected document page is shown below.



      Note:
    • The above sample of document page is in the Normal View.

    • Use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons to adjust the view size of the current viewed document page for better resolution. The maximum magnification is 5x its normal view.

    • The Normal button only appear after you click the Zoom In button. Clicking this button will return to the Normal View as shown on the above image.


  • Once sure to delete the document page, click the Delete button. A confirmation will appear either the action taken was a success or an error has occurred.

  • Clicking the Print button allows you to print the current page.

  • Clicking the Back button will return you to the selection screen of available Statement of Accounts.

  • Clicking the Cancel will abort the operation and return to the welcome page or main menu.
